1) Limited Warranty Overview
Ebikber warrants new products purchased from our store to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the delivery date (the “Warranty Period”). This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Remedies are described below and are in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
2) What We’ll Do (Remedies)
If a covered defect arises during the Warranty Period, we will, at our option:
-
provide replacement parts with instructions,
-
repair the product at an authorized center, or
-
replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or better value.
If none of these are commercially reasonable, we may offer a refund proportional to time in service.
3) Coverage by Component
Unless a product page states otherwise:
-
Frame & welds: 12 months
-
Motor (hub or mid-drive): 12 months
-

-
Accessories (racks, fenders, lights, kickstands, small attachments): 6 months
-
Normal-wear items (excluded from coverage): brake pads/rotors, tires/tubes, spokes, chain/cassette, grips, cables, bulbs
Keep original packaging where possible. Clear photos/video help us diagnose quickly.

This warranty does not cover:
-
Normal wear and tear or consumables listed above.

Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, dents) after first use.

-
After 30 days: Covered parts and labor are provided under warranty; the customer may be responsible for one-way shipping to our service location if a return is required. We’ll confirm costs before you ship.
8) Batteries — Safety & Care
To keep your battery eligible for coverage:
-
Use the included charger only; charge on a stable, non-flammable surface.
-
Store at 50–70% if unused for >30 days; recharge every 1–2 months.
-
Avoid extreme heat/cold, submersion, and pressure-washing.
-
Do not open the pack or BMS—opening voids the warranty.
9) Out-of-Warranty Service
After the Warranty Period, we offer paid service and parts where available. We’ll provide a written estimate for approval before work begins.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is your exclusive remedy for defects. Ebikber is not liable for incidental or consequential damages (loss of use, time, or profits). Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on implied warranties or incidental damages, so these limits may not apply to you.
11) Relationship to Other Policies
This policy works alongside our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service. If a conflict exists, consumer law protections in your location prevail.
